My sister-in-law has been going since last October, and she swears by it. I think I started blogging for the same reason you did, but I've found it's just helped me keep better track of what I'm shovelling in, and if nothing else, it's the first time I've paid attention to sugars and fats, which isn't fun, but it is what it is.
